Day ATE - resent

One week done and a new week to plan for.

I am visiting my mom in northern Ontario. Its a bit of a job trying to explain - not only what I am attempting to accomplish - but also the concept of what a blog is to someone who is not on the internet.

Today I made Greek with Envy - a cheese tortellini salad - yummy. Mine was a wee bit spicy since I thought the jar of peppers in the fridge was roasted red peppers and they turned out to be hot pepper rings.

We still loved it.
